Updated Health and Safety Procedures

As trips resume on the 15th of July we want to share with you our updated procedures. We have arranged a ‘new normal’ and set out below what you can expect from arrival to departure to reduce anxiety for you and your family. Please message us any question you might have. We want to reassure you that everything has been thought of and taken into consideration.

Pre-Arrival

1. Pre-booking is recommended although not necessary. Due to social distancing measures the capacity of the boat is massively reduced, and we don’t want anyone to miss out!
2. Unfortunately, the Dolphin Spirit mini-bus will not be running this year. This means all passengers will have to arrange their own transport due to the requirements of social distancing measures. However, for those of you that do not fancy the walk, we would like to recommend Inverness Taxis on 01463 222222, who are extremely reliable and have high hygiene standards.
3. On the days running up to or the day of your trip if you experience any Covid symptoms please stay at home and request a test. We will refund you the full cost.

Arrival

4. At the entrance to the office there will be a hand cleaning station. We will ask one person from each party to approach the desk to collect or purchase your tickets.
5. A one-way system will also be in operation in the Reception area.
6. As part of our own track and trace system you will be asked for a contact number in case someone who was on your trip was to later fall ill.
Boat -Dolphin Spirit
7. The Dolphin Spirit will be thoroughly cleaned between every sailing.
8. To ensure 2 meters distancing between each group on board the numbers will be limited to 20 people per trip, this is reduced from 65.
9. Before passengers jump on board there will be a had cleaning station and another cleaning station on board.

Dolphin Mischief

10. This will only be available for private charter this year as the social distancing makes it difficult to manage. Call or email the office for available dates.
Toilets
11. Toilets will be open and will be cleaned between every single sailing.

This is a difficult time for us all and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to keep everyone safe whilst having fun.
