Meet the Team – Jenni

The Office Veteran!
We’ve met the boss, we’ve met the guides, now we need to move back onto dry land! Today’s Meet the Team showcase features the first of our office staff, Jenni! Jenni has been working on the Dolphin Spirit desk since 2016 and is our resident expert on Excel and booking system. Her ability to sort through bookings and all the data from them is unparalleled, mostly because she’s the longest returning office member! She’s super casual and will make you feel relaxed with a friendly smile as soon as you walk in the door. Jenni, like many of our team, is also a student, so you will tend to only see her through the summer, but she’ll make sure your trip gets off to a great start!

She IS the Law
Jenni is currently studying Law when she’s not on the dolphin desk, and she puts her skills to good use with us every shift; answering emails in a professional manner, and dealing with people’s needs and requests without hesitation. She can dole out the commands too when required! She’s perfectly suited for the courthouse! When she first started with us, Jenni came out on a few trips, hoping to be introduced to our lovely dolphins, but 3 trips later she had had no luck! Jenni has rarely stepped a foot on board since then, since she thinks she’s a dolphin bad luck charm! That being said, she came aboard at the start of this season as a break from her exams, along with her golden retriever puppy Baxter!
